Andersen | Design + Build is a General Contractor founded in 2017 by its owner, Jon Andersen. From the humble beginnings of a construction crew member himself, Jon came to realize his ambitions and established his own company.

Today, Andersen aims to deliver the best value in building services, from a project’s conception to its completion. With an emphasis on Design-Build construction, The Company provides pre-construction planning, project management, design development, construction and quality control services. We are one integrated team, focused on fulfilling our client’s needs.

While working in tandem with clients and their consultants, and with architects and engineers, Andersen’s objective has been to streamline projects and enhance the client experience. We address an array of project types and maintain a commitment to a high standard of workmanship and integrity in all aspects of performance. Our body of work includes new builds, modern renovation, and historic restoration.
